The Balearic Islands Coastal Observing and Forecasting System (hereinafter, "ICTS SOCIB") is committed to making the Website www.socib.es (hereinafter, "the Website") accessible, in compliance with the provisions of Article 15 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector (hereinafter, "RD 1112/2018").

Enforcement procedure
In accordance with Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, if a request for accessible information or a complaint has been rejected, if the interested party does not agree with the decision taken, or if the response does not comply with Article 12.5, a claim may be submitted.
A claim may also be initiated if 20 working days have passed without a response.
