The Website complies with RD 1112/2018, with some exceptions and non-conformities detailed in the relevant section of this page. Accessibility is ensured through the implementation of measures to improve content accessibility, using the EqualWeb accessibility widget, which ensures compliance with WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines at AA level.

The EqualWeb widget provides the following accessibility functionalities:

• Keyboard navigation.
• Website adjustments for assistive technologies (e.g., NVDA, JAWS).
• Stop moving elements and block flashes.
• Increase font size by up to 4 levels.
• Change color contrast according to dark or light backgrounds.
• Monochrome option for people with color blindness.
• Change the font to improve readability.
• Increase cursor size and change its color (white or black).
• Enlarge content display by up to 200%.
• Highlight links and headers.
• Display alternative descriptions for images.

This system has been reviewed and tested by developers and accessibility experts to ensure that the content complies with the guidelines established by WCAG 2.2. These modifications make the Website's content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, such as blindness, low vision, deafness, hearing loss, cognitive disabilities, limited mobility, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.

The following content is not accessible for the following reasons:

• Downloadable office files in PDF or other formats may not fully meet accessibility requirements.
• On certain pages of the Website, there may occasionally be editing errors, such as poorly nested content structures, links that do not work correctly, paragraphs that are not properly tagged, or inconsistencies in header hierarchy. These errors affect compliance with requirement 9.1.3.1 of the UNE-EN 301549:2019 Standard.

ICTS SOCIB is aware of the difficulty in ensuring full compliance with the law due to the large amount of information published on the Website and the frequency of information updates. To achieve the highest possible level of accessibility and update compliance according to RD 1112/2018, periodic reviews and improvements to the Website are carried out.

Enforcement procedure

In accordance with Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, if a request for accessible information or a complaint has been rejected, if the interested party does not agree with the decision taken, or if the response does not comply with Article 12.5, a claim may be submitted.

A claim may also be initiated if 20 working days have passed without a response.
